Shipping Information:

Inspirational written works will ship within 2 weeks from receipt of order or sooner. Commissioned art work will ship within 12 weeks or sooner. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation with the delivery information once your order is entered in the system and your payment is received.

Older works, non-commissioned, art pieces are sold in their current state "as is condition"

International shipments must be identified as "International" when choosing the shipment method at the time of order throught the website. The customer must pay for international charges at this time otherwise the order will void and any transation will be reversed. Lifetime Art Impressions, LLC will not be responsible for shipment charges.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Lifetime Art Impressions, LLC is committed to customer satifaction and therefore we will work with you to overcome any concerns caused by the company or if we can't come to an agreement, you may return the product for a refund within 30 days of our shipment date to you. Inspirational writings will be refunded at 100% cost of product (doesn't include shipping costs)as long as the product is received without damaged. Refunds for damaged returns will be adjusted for the cost of damage. Personalized orders and unique commissioned art work will be pro-rated compensating the artist at 25% cost of the piece. The customer will receive 75% of the total value refunded if we're not able to meet your order satisfaction.

Cancellation orders will be refunded 100% if the work has not been started otherwise the refund will be pro-rated to compensate for materials and labor already applied to the work in process at the time of the cancellation.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible by Lifetime Art Impressions, LLC. Status of refunds will be sent to Customers by e-mail keeping you apprised of the process.

Lifetime Art Impressions (LAI) owns the legal rights to any work created and therefore by processing any order with LAI you agree to this; sales of prints, use for advertising and/or any other use of such creation as deemed necessary by Lifetime Art Impression, LLC.
